Gerardo provides excellent service! He has cleaned my carpets beautifully. He cleans my rain gutters each year perfectly, that is until he installed gutter guards. I am so very pleased with his installation. Gerardo works professionally, efficiently and is very neat. He explains in detail what each job entails and answers every question.  I called this company on Sunday from Craigslist ad and a few other companies. Even though his price wasn't the cheapest I felt most comfortable hiring him. He was also more accessible by phone and his availability aligned with mine. His first job was going to run long so he called me well in advance to update me. He also called when he was in route. He arrived got to work and my carpet smells nice and looks great. Happy with finish product. No damages noted. Would hire again! 

 These guys came to clean my gutters. A relatively large job that was probably a little more complicated than any of us expected because of aging and rusting gutter sponges that needed to all be removed and tossed. In any event they were on time, spent probably an hour or two longer than they bid the job for and did an AWESOME job. Meticulous cleanup afterwards including getting up on ladders with blowers to get all the hard to reach places, gathering the debris from all over and getting it to the yard waste containers etc. Really hands on, meticulous job and proud of the quality. We are going to use Gerardo for periodic upkeep and cleaning. 

 I reached out to Gerardo when I needed to change the carpet in week as prospective renter made it a condition for move-in. Gerardo came same day to see the current status of carpet and provided an estimate - a very good price. He sent a proposal listing out all details, leaving nothing to chance. He came on the promised day and finished approx. 1500 Sq.Ft of carpet - includes about 30 steps - in a single day. The work was great. Very impressed. 

 Excellent job. I am 100% satisfied with this work. He arrived on time, was courteous and made sure everything was picked up and cleaned before he left. He even took pictures of all the gutters when he was done. I would definitely call him again for gutter cleaning or a y of his other services being offered 

 Gerardo did an excellent job with my roof gutter. He also identified issues with a nail and fixed it at no additional costs. He can be trusted with your roof!

 Gerardo did a good job cleaning our roof gutter and placing gutter shields to resolve a wasp nest issue that was between the gutter and roof top. I highly recommend his service. He also helped fix our roof gutter that had a weak nail and some water damage as a result.

Before him I hired a super expensive company thinking that because they were well know they would get rid of a big stain on my carpet. The money that i paid was a waste, they did not do anything the carpet was the same....when I met Gerardo and he told me about his service I wanted to give it a try one more time. After his service I could not be more happy...I call him every time I see my carpet dirty and after that I can see how nice and clean my white carpet is again ...Thank you Gerardo great job. 

 Great job! It's hard work to clean windows/screens (inside/out up on a tall ladder!) and move furniture/clean carpets. Did 3 floor townhouse 1500 sf in 8 hours/3 people for under $500 and steam cleaned the kitchen floor too. Now my place looks like new! 

 Gerardo is a super nice guy with a fantastic, efficient , and trustworthy crew. He did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my 3 bedroom condo. September 1st is US holiday and he came in on-time without asking for additional charge working on holiday. He cleaned my carpet with very professional way. During the two hours cleaning, he applied special treatment on the carpet with pre-conditioning agents, then used the his equipment to extract out all dirts. The carpet looked as brand new after his cleaning. Gerardo is honest and professional business people. He knows what he is doing and he provides the best service for people who needs carpet cleaning.  Wow... What a great company! Gerado came by to clean my gutters and look for my leak. Not only did he clean and hose through my gutters. He found the leaks in my skylight and removed all the tiles to fix the leaks around the skylight. They went above and beyond! Plus having his hose on the roof made it possible to find the leak. Great work! and I plan to use Gerado for any of his services from now on! 

 Gerardo did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters. My gutters were clogged badly and he took the time to snake out the clog and clear all the drains. Very honest and a job well done at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

 Gerardo is AMAZING! He turned the entire dirty/stained brown carpet at one of my apartments a totally lighter shade, for the cheapest price in town. He came after a previous cleaning delivered poor results (just see the video I posted!) and his results were beyond superior. His machine is POWERFUL and he is very hard working and made sure not to miss any spots. I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you! 

 I got rain gutters cleaned and gutter guard installed by Gerardo. Gerardo and his team was honest and did a fine job of installing gutter guards. He even pointed me to few roof issues that were developing and recommended that I get it inspected by a roofer. I would certainly recommend him for rain gutter cleaning and other services. 

 This is by far the best service i have seen. Usually it is pain to keep following up but Gerardo proactively texted me and setup the time for him to stop by and do the work. I had to get some bird spikes on my roof and when he did the gutters I was not home and so could not give him the spikes. He scheduled a second trip by himself to fix the spikes and I did not have to chase him. He also does not accept any payment until the work is completed which is credible in my opinion. Price is reasonable and work seems good. I will know for sure once the rain starts but am sure that he will come back and fix anything if there is a problem. Highly recommend him.
